Exercise DVD to Help Improve Health Fitness and Golf Performance

The package contains two DVD's, instruction booklet, resistance band, scorecard and delivery.

Some exercises require a resistance band. A women of average strength should select a medium red band and an average man the strong green band. This selection is made from the options below.

The exercises have been created by a chartered Physiotherapist and are suitable for both amateur and professional golfers. Through a series of twenty simple flexibility tests, you will identify which muscles or joints are inflexible. Preceding each test you are given an explanation or demonstration why it is important for a golfer to be flexible in the region being tested. For each test you fail, you are directed to the appropriate stretching exercise to enable you to regain flexibility.

The Paul Broadhurst Story

In 2004, Paul Broadhurst was 38 years old and had not won a European Tour Event for eight years, with a world ranking of 330. He then embarked on The Body Golf Exercise programme. By 2006 he had won the Portuguese Open twice (in 2005 and 2006), was 4th in the European Tour Order of Merit, and had reached the World Top 50.
